Staff Accountant with AI Experience

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Staff Accountant with AI Experience will manage client relationships, oversee accounting activities, and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Carry a client load with primary responsibility for engagement level relationships and financial management reporting
• Assist in overseeing the accounting department's activities, ensuring compliance with GAAP and timely dissemination of financial statements
• Review and approve client onboarding processes, accounting policies, and facilitate the audit process as needed

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
• 1-5 years of accounting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to be a trusted advisor to clients and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work setting
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
