Staff Accountant with Payroll Expertise

Job Summary

To support a growing accounting team, the full-time Staff Accountant with Payroll Expertise will manage accounts payable, process payroll accurately, and assist with month-end close activities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable end-to-end, including reviewing and coding invoices for accuracy
• Manage payroll processing each cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance in partnership with Rippling
• Support month-end close activities and cash management operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5+ years of relevant experience in accounts payable and payroll
• 3-5+ years of experience processing accounts payable and payroll
• Experience with Rippling or comparable payroll platforms
• Solid understanding of AP coding and core accounting fundamentals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with startup experience preferred
