Job Summary
Supporting the Host Incentives team, the remote Staff Advanced Analytics will manage the measurement strategy for host incentives, conduct detailed data analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic business initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end measurement strategy for host incentives and drive the analytical roadmap
- Design and analyze experiments to measure impact and guide incentive program iterations
- Build sophisticated reporting and analytical tools to empower stakeholders with data-driven insights
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of industry experience with a degree in a quantitative field (Masters or PhD preferred)
- Prior experience in advanced analytics or data science roles, particularly with incentive and marketing programs
- Strong expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and SQL
- Experience in analysis of A/B experiments and statistical data analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate and influence across functions, especially with Operations and Finance teams
