Staff AI Architect
Job Summary
To drive innovative AI solutions, the full-time remote Staff AI Architect will define system architecture, lead design across LLM applications, and optimize model serving and inference on AWS.
Key responsibilities
- Define AI system architecture and lead design for LLM applications and multi-agent orchestration
- Drive RAG and context-engineering strategy, optimizing retrieval and embedding model selection
- Establish architectural standards and mentor junior engineers to enhance team quality and consistency
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture or technical leadership
- Deep expertise in LLM and agentic application architecture, including multi-agent orchestration
- Strong experience with model serving and inference optimization on AWS
- Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Java, Go)
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience across a technical team
