Job Summary
Leading the design and delivery of AI/ML systems, the full-time Staff AI Developer will own architecture decisions, drive solutions from research through production, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ML/AI systems end-to-end, ensuring reliable and scalable solutions
- Build and evolve scalable ML platforms and infrastructure that support model development and deployment
- Define AI architecture and engineering standards while mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, with 4+ years focused on AI/ML systems in production
- Expertise in software development (Python or similar) with strong design sensibilities for scalable systems
- Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS services and AWS GenAI offerings
- Proven experience designing and shipping complex agentic systems in production environments
- Strong working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments
