Staff AI Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of AI/ML systems, the full-time Staff AI Builder will serve as a key technical leader on a cross-functional team, defining AI architecture, optimizing model development, and solving integration challenges while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows and RAG pipelines, integrating with AWS Bedrock and ensuring observability in production systems
• Develop backend services in Python and Node.js, supporting event-driven orchestration and contributing to frontend integration points
• Provide technical leadership through architecture discussions, mentoring engineers, and owning features and releases end-to-end

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly with GenAI/LLM-powered systems in production
• Hands-on expertise in agentic AI, including reasoning loops and multi-agent orchestration
• Practical knowledge of RAG strategies, embeddings, and vector databases
• Experience with AWS GenAI stack components such as Bedrock, Lambda, and DynamoDB
• Strong skills in Python and Node.js, with a focus on building full-stack applications and RESTful APIs
