Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
Partnering with a cross-functional team, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will design and develop AI-powered software components for an enterprise analysis platform, focusing on model training, inference, and optimization, while working in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components, including foundation model training and multi-agent workflows
- Set the technical direction for enterprise-wide AI architecture, ensuring unification of tooling and deployment standards
- Champion responsible AI principles, embedding transparency and fairness across system designs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with relevant experience in AI and ML
- At least 8 years of programming experience with languages such as Python, Go, Scala, CUDA, or Java
- Experience designing and deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and influence stakeholders
- Strong foundation in engineering and mathematics, with expertise in optimizing AI systems
