Job Summary
Owning the AI agents for onboarding and self-healing automation, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will take existing systems to production, ensuring security and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the architecture, roadmap, and on-call responsibilities for agentic onboarding and self-healing automation
- Develop agents that detect and repair workflow drift, ensuring minimal disruption for customers
- Establish benchmarks for performance and cost, optimizing the balance between accuracy and resource usage
Required qualifications
- Experience shipping an LLM agent with tool use that operated unattended in a production environment
- Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, with a strong understanding of LLM agents and browser automation
- Experience with distributed systems, including durable workflow engines like Temporal
- Strong security judgment for systems handling sensitive information and potential threats
- Ability to create benchmarks and evaluation harnesses to inform decision-making
