Job Summary
To support the Data Breach Response engineering team, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions, build AI engineering practices, and mentor junior engineers while working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML solutions, ensuring reliability and security throughout the lifecycle
- Elevate AI engineering practices across teams and lead the execution of AI strategies within the Data Breach Response team
- Build and operate data pipelines and AI/ML systems in production, collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in designing and operating cloud-native distributed systems, with 5+ years focused on AI/ML systems
- Proven technical leadership experience across multiple teams or domains
- Strong background in AI/ML architecture, data engineering, and security at scale
- Fluency with ML frameworks and tools for deploying and monitoring models
- Experience translating business goals into technical strategies
