Job Summary
To drive the evolution of enterprise AI platforms, the full-time Staff AI Engineer will design and scale complex AI systems, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of large-scale, distributed AI systems and own architecture for critical AI capabilities
- Design and implement production-grade AI systems and build scalable platform services supporting AI workloads
- Mentor senior engineers and establish engineering standards to improve development velocity and operational resilience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience building backend services, distributed systems, or data/AI platforms
- Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python, with experience in large-scale service development
- Deep understanding of distributed system design, scalability, and cloud-native architectures
- Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores in production systems
