Staff AI Product Manager
Job Summary
To shape and execute a core product roadmap, the full-time Staff AI Product Manager will define multi-year product visions, drive high-impact AI/ML algorithms from discovery to deployment, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, working remotely or from Boston or New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the multi-year product strategy and roadmap for AI algorithm products
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product explorations, business case development, and cross-functional deployment
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and clinical specialists to translate algorithmic discoveries into user-centric tools
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a track record in AI/ML or bioinformatics products
- Experience driving product development in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech
- Understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle, including model development and post-launch monitoring
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across various teams
