Staff AI Product Manager
Job Summary
To define product vision and drive strategy for enterprise GenAI and agentic AI programs, the full-time Staff AI Product Manager will work remotely, acting as the senior product authority on a cross-functional delivery team, managing product decisions from discovery through to production.
Key responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for GenAI and agentic AI solutions
- Build AI prototypes to validate hypotheses and de-risk product decisions before full engineering commitment
- Establish and own agent evaluation frameworks and success metrics to ensure production readiness and measurable business impact
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in product management or solutions engineering with experience shipping AI products at enterprise scale
- Deep GenAI fluency and hands-on experience with agentic systems, including planning and tool use
- Strong product sense with the ability to prioritize effectively based on user and business needs
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- Experience in managing expectations and aligning with executive stakeholders on AI product direction
