Staff Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support the growth of a leading legal tech firm, the remote Staff Analytics Engineer will own the go-to-market data model, establishing standards for core metrics and ensuring consistent definitions across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Model GTM metrics by partnering with analysts to build and maintain semantic models sourced from various platforms
- Set and enforce metrics certification standards and definitions, resolving discrepancies between teams
- Mentor analytics engineers and establish best practices for analytics engineering within the organization
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in analytics engineering with experience at a staff or senior level
- Extensive proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and transformation, particularly with dbt
- Expert knowledge of modern data stacks, including Snowflake and semantic layers like Omni or Hex
- Experience modeling GTM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
