Staff Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing BI team, the full-time Staff Analytics Engineer will build and operate the core BI platform, manage data ingestion and integration, and establish data governance standards in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and operate the core BI platform for reporting, analytics, and AI
- Own data ingestion, integration, and platform architecture while ensuring data quality and governance
- Mentor Analytics Engineers through code and design reviews, promoting engineering best practices
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering or a technical data analytics role, preferably in SaaS
- Expert-level SQL proficiency and deep data modeling experience
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining modular data pipelines using dbt in production
- Experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Familiarity with implementing data observability platforms and using AI to enhance analytics workflows
