Staff Applied AI Engineer
Job Summary
To support the Applied AI function, the full-time Staff Applied AI Engineer will own a business domain, build AI solutions from prototype to production, and establish reusable patterns while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own a business domain by mapping workflows, sizing opportunities, and prioritizing AI projects
- Build complex use cases hands-on, taking them from prototype through production and measuring impact
- Define success metrics upfront and demonstrate cumulative value delivered to domain leadership
Required qualifications
- Proven experience owning a domain, program, or product area with a focus on roadmap development
- Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered solutions to real users in multiple contexts
- Strong technical skills across the stack, including application engineering and AI system architecture
- Experience in translating business pain points into actionable software solutions
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams
