Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to join their cross-functional Agile development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and execution of large, high-impact features
- Influence architectural decisions and coordinate complex feature launches
- Mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in backend or full-stack software engineering
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language and strong experience in systems design
- Deep experience delivering SaaS software and understanding the full software development lifecycle
- Proven track record of mentoring and coaching team members
