Staff Brand Designer

Job Summary

To shape the visual identity of a growing brand, the full-time Staff Brand Designer will set the creative direction for SandboxAQ, manage the corporate web presence, and produce high-quality design work while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the SandboxAQ brand by developing the design system, visual identity, and brand architecture
• Design, build, and maintain the corporate web presence, including sandboxaq.com, directly in the CMS
• Produce hands-on design work for various corporate materials, treating each project as an opportunity to enhance the brand

Required Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of experience in brand systems, graphic design, and web design
• Hands-on fluency with modern CMS or visual web platforms, such as Webflow, HTML, and CSS
• Proven experience in building design systems or component libraries that are adopted by non-designers
• Ability to design across visually distinct domains while maintaining a coherent brand identity
• Experience in establishing a brand or web practice from scratch and working independently
