Owning the voice of Gifthealth for patient communications, the full-time Staff Content Designer will define a distinct tone for various patient touchpoints, ensure consistency across multiple channels, and develop AI-enabled content operations, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Define a distinct voice for in-product and patient communications, ensuring it is practical for various contexts
- Align SMS, email, web app, and voice AI scripts to create a coherent patient experience
- Design and maintain AI content operations that empower teams to generate and edit on-voice copy independently
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 6-8 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments
- A portfolio demonstrating a voice or content system built by the candidate
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for scaling content work
- Ability to influence across product, design, legal, and client teams without direct authority
