Job Summary
Collaborating with data engineering teams, the full-time Staff Data Engineer will onboard new data sources, develop Business Intelligence reporting solutions using MicroStrategy, and support the BI platform strategy in a fully remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard new data sources and translate business requirements into scalable data solutions
- Analyze user needs to develop reports and dashboards, ensuring alignment with KPI definitions
- Design and implement logical data models and optimize performance of BI applications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 4 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, including developing reports and dashboards using MicroStrategy
- 4 years of experience with complex SQL queries and relational databases
- 3 years of experience with cloud-based data platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- 2 years of experience working with relational data models and data warehouse environments
