Staff Data Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the ML product roadmap in a full-time remote capacity, the Staff Data Product Manager will partner with Data Scientists and Engineering teams to drive predictive models from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Data Science and ML Engineering to define model objectives and navigate ML infrastructure decisions
• Prioritize and manage the ML roadmap across verticals, ensuring production readiness and alignment with business goals
• Measure and communicate the impact of ML initiatives through experiments and clear performance metrics to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Product Management, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field
• Deep fluency in applied ML concepts, including training data, model evaluation, and precision/recall
• Strong understanding of ML platforms and infrastructure, including model serving and deployment workflows
• Experience working directly with Data Scientists and ML Engineers to address complex dependencies
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
