Staff Data Scientist
Job Summary
Owning the customer growth outcome across multiple teams, the full-time Staff Data Scientist will work remotely to connect onboarding, activation, and expansion efforts through data-driven insights and rigorous analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Own the customer-growth outcome end to end, establishing clear metrics across Growth, GTM, and product teams
- Identify early and mid-lifecycle behaviors that predict expansion and develop a prioritized growth agenda
- Set the technical direction for measuring customer growth company-wide, ensuring consistent metrics and value models
Required qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in product/growth analytics, data science, or applied statistics
- Proven track record of building metrics or value frameworks that drive outcomes across multiple teams
- Strong applied statistics skills, with the ability to design analyses addressing causal questions
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in a Snowflake + dbt environment
- Experience turning behavioral and revenue data into actionable insights that influence product or growth decisions
