Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

To build Boulevard's Product Intelligence function, the remote Staff Data Scientist will engineer the tech stack, analyze product feature usage, and apply data science methods to enhance understanding of customer behavior while operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the product data foundation, partnering with Product Development to ensure accurate data capture and analysis-ready assets
• Develop data-driven recommendations and engaging narratives to inform product strategy and decisions, while creating self-serve dashboards for stakeholders
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer behavior and product interaction, providing insights that influence product direction and cross-functional decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or engineering within a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environment
• Fluency with data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and BI platforms like Sigma or Tableau for effective data modeling and reporting
• Experience designing product instrumentation strategies and ensuring reliable data capture in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive analyses across the product lifecycle, translating findings into actionable insights for leadership
• Hands-on expertise in statistical and machine learning methods for modeling customer behavior and conducting experimentation
