Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

As a technical leader, the full-time Staff Data Scientist will design and implement automated ML systems, translate business needs into actionable technical roadmaps, and ensure the deployment of robust ML products in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and implement automated ML systems, balancing speed and quality in architectural decisions
• Translate ambiguous business questions into concrete technical roadmaps that yield actionable results
• Lead the end-to-end deployment of ML products, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and integration into production infrastructure

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science or ML Engineering with a proven track record of impactful production systems
• High proficiency in Python and SQL, with expert-level experience in the Python data stack and at least one major ML framework
• Experience with CI/CD, ML Ops, and managing the full lifecycle of models in a cloud-based production environment
• BS, MS, or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent expertise
• Proven ability to influence without authority and communicate complex technical concepts effectively
