Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive growth analytics at a fast-paced global brokerage-infrastructure company, the remote Staff Data Scientist will own the growth funnel, run experimentation engines, and model growth metrics while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Own the growth funnel end-to-end, analyzing acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization opportunities
• Run the growth experimentation engine by designing and executing A/B tests and causal studies
• Model growth through retention/cohort analyses, churn and LTV models, and forecasts of core growth metrics

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in growth and/or product analytics and data science with a strong background in statistical analysis
• Hands-on experience with growth/funnel analytics, including acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
• Experience designing and building experimentation tooling for A/B tests and causal-inference analyses
• Familiarity with marketing measurement attribution and incrementality modeling
