Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

As a Staff Data Scientist, the full-time position will engage with top-tier advertisers to maximize the effectiveness of Moloco Ads, driving product activation and influencing product strategy while operating in a cross-functional, global team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with advertisers to optimize campaign structure, measurement, and bidding strategies, ensuring maximum value from Moloco's product suite
• Build and scale activation frameworks for regional teams, transitioning from ad hoc to repeatable, scalable models
• Collect and synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions and ensure alignment with advertiser needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics
• 4+ years of experience in data science or analytics, particularly in a customer-facing or product-facing role
• Strong foundation in experimental design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference methods
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in large-scale data platforms preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end in ambiguous problem spaces, driving measurable outcomes
