Job Summary

Leading a small team of data scientists, the full-time Staff Data Scientist will set the technical direction for audience segments, measurement frameworks, and data feeds, while hands-on building models and systems to drive Fetch's off-platform data business remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work
• Architect and develop predictive models and measurement frameworks that enhance advertising effectiveness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish Fetch's data capabilities as a trusted market standard

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science or applied statistics, with 3+ years in ads platform capabilities
• Strong expertise in causal inference and advertising measurement techniques
• Hands-on experience in building and deploying predictive modeling systems
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python, SQL, Snowflake, and dbt
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
