Staff Data Scientist

Job Summary

Owning the modeling work behind complex AI and machine learning challenges, the full-time Staff Data Scientist will design, build, and validate predictive models while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-friendly environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models to address business challenges
• Drive end-to-end machine learning projects from proof of concept through to production
• Mentor junior data scientists and establish scalable processes for data analysis and model development

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, statistics, and applied machine learning
• PhD or Master's degree in a related quantitative field with relevant experience
• Deep proficiency in Python or R, with strong skills in machine learning libraries
• Proven track record in statistical modeling, time series forecasting, or NLP
• Experience deploying models into production using APIs or ML frameworks
