Job Summary
Seeking a full-time remote Staff Data Scientist to lead a small team in building predictive models and measurement frameworks that enhance Fetch's off-platform data business, while remaining hands-on in developing the underlying systems and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data scientists, ensuring the quality and delivery of their work
- Set technical direction and roadmap for audience, measurement, and data feed initiatives
- Architect and develop predictive models and measurement frameworks to drive advertising effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in data science or applied statistics, including 3+ years in advertising platform capabilities
- Strong expertise in causal inference and advertising measurement
- Hands-on experience with predictive modeling systems and their production deployment
- Experience mentoring data scientists and setting technical direction
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
