Job Summary
Owning the development of technical content and tools, the full-time Staff Developer Experience Engineer will create tutorials and demo apps while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the developer experience for Render's platform in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build tutorials, demo apps, and videos focused on AI applications and Render's products
- Alpha test new releases and provide detailed feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Shape the content roadmap and set technical direction for the Developer Experience Engineering team
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in building developer content or engineering in developer tools or infrastructure
- Full-stack engineering experience with strong backend skills in Node.js/TypeScript, Python, and Postgres
- Deep knowledge of AI agents, their workloads, and the necessary infrastructure
- Excellent technical writing skills with a track record of producing high-quality developer content
- Experience with coding agents and a strong intuition for developer tools and user experiences
