Staff DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
As a technical authority and architect, the full-time Staff Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer will drive the long-term technical vision and architectural standards for cloud platform engineering while mentoring senior engineers and influencing cross-functional practices in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term infrastructure architecture roadmap aligned with business growth goals
- Architect resilient, multi-region, and cost-optimized AWS cloud solutions for high-traffic applications
- Build enterprise-grade developer platforms and automated self-service tooling to enhance engineering velocity
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Infrastructure, DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles with architectural leadership experience
- Deep expertise in AWS architecture, network topology, and cloud security best practices
- Mastery of Kubernetes at scale and enterprise IaC management using Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
- Proficiency in designing GitOps-driven deployment workflows using tools like ArgoCD or GitHub Actions
- Strong background with relational/NoSQL databases and distributed caching systems under high load
