Job Summary
To support a central platform team, the full-time Staff DevOps Engineer will build and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate testing infrastructure, and enhance developer experience in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and Terragrunt, with a focus on CI/CD and testing frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to identify and implement platform improvements based on delivery and testing needs
- Automate operational processes and ensure the platform's security and compliance with HIPAA standards
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering with production AWS experience
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and automated testing frameworks
- Strong skills in Terraform and hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including GitOps tools
- Experience in programming with languages such as Python or Go, along with scripting skills in Bash/SH
- Familiarity with observability tools and incident response practices
