Staff Engineer
Job Summary
Leading technical efforts in a remote full-time capacity, the Staff Engineer will drive architectural choices, address cross-team performance issues, and align technology strategies to enhance the Stellar Health platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Build best-in-class applications and services while ensuring timely and accurate information for users
- Collaborate with teams to align on product roadmaps, specifications, and priorities
- Expand and improve the EHR Data Pipeline, ingesting and transforming clinical data for over 200K patients
Required qualifications:
- At least ten years of experience in software engineering with recent hands-on production-level coding (Python preferred)
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
- Proficiency in Django or a similar web framework
- At least two years of experience building data processing pipelines
