Staff Engineer
Job Summary
Driving technical direction and solving critical problems, the full-time remote Staff Engineer will lead projects end-to-end, set engineering standards, and ensure the reliability of production systems while coaching fellow engineers and advocating for effective solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and advocate for solutions to critical business limitations, driving implementation with relevant stakeholders
- Lead engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring team growth and ownership of outputs
- Establish and maintain technical standards and practices across engineering departments, promoting effective use of tools and libraries
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
- Expertise in using AI coding tools such as Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, and Codeium
- Demonstrated experience in delivering AI or automation projects with measurable impact
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and navigate disagreements constructively
- Proven track record of maintaining code quality, security, and system reliability
