Staff Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a remote Staff Engineer, the full-time position will provide technical leadership for the Brand team, focusing on the architecture and execution of complex, business-critical initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the technical strategy and execution of critical projects from discovery through delivery
- Define and evolve architecture for complex, cross-team product and platform initiatives
- Establish scalable patterns and maintain overall platform health by strengthening observability and quality practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on complex, distributed systems
- Demonstrated experience as a Staff Engineer or equivalent senior technical leader
- Strong systems-design skills with the ability to make pragmatic architectural tradeoffs
- Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives across multiple teams
- Ability to mentor engineers and foster technical leadership within teams
