Staff Engineer, AI Developer Platform
Job Summary
To enhance engineering productivity and quality, the full-time Staff Engineer, AI Developer Platform will build and manage the internal AI developer platform, designing orchestrated workflows and governance tools that support multiple engineering teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build and run the internal AI developer platform, including self-service tooling and adoption metrics
- Design and implement agentic workflows across the software development lifecycle, ensuring reliability and efficiency
- Establish security measures and evaluate AI workflows to ensure they meet organizational standards and performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Deep platform engineering experience with a focus on internal platforms or developer tooling
- Proven track record of shipping agentic workflows used in production environments
- Strong understanding of security principles related to autonomous systems and AI
- Experience in CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and observability technologies
- Familiarity with AI coding tools and the ability to measure AI workflow effectiveness
