Staff Engineer, AI Operations
Job Summary
Working remotely as a full-time Staff Engineer, AI Operations will manage AI platform configurations, oversee integrations and observability, and respond to production incidents while contributing to governance documentation and training support.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain AI platform configurations and orchestration tools
- Manage connectors, integrations, and data access paths to ensure reliability and security
- Act as a technical point of contact for incidents, investigating and proposing mitigations while documenting learnings
Required qualifications:
- 4-7+ years in platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, ML/AI operations, or technical SaaS operations with hands-on production experience
- Strong fluency in APIs, integrations, and infrastructure-as-code concepts
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools for diagnosing issues
- Practical experience with AI or automation platforms such as LLM providers or workflow engines
- Comfort with secure secrets management and access control practices
