Staff Engineer, RPM Growth
Job Summary
Owning RPM growth initiatives, the full-time Staff Engineer, RPM Growth will manage the development and implementation of patient enrollment flows, engagement features, and provider tools, while collaborating closely with the engineering team to shape architecture and ensure product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Ship RPM growth ideas from initial concept to production, including enrollment and engagement features
- Transform feature requests from patients and providers into actionable solutions
- Manage bug and vulnerability issues to ensure timely resolution and product reliability
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product shipping and technical leadership, with a strong portfolio of built systems
- Experience as an early engineer at a startup or having initiated projects independently
- Proficient in full-stack TypeScript development, with the ability to navigate front end, back end, and data components
- Familiarity with AI tools and a strong understanding of their application in product development
- Demonstrated product sense, particularly regarding user experience for patients and clinicians
