Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Staff Forward Deployed Engineer will collaborate with business teams to develop AI-driven tools that streamline workflows, reducing time spent on tasks from hours to minutes, all while maintaining a focus on privacy in mental health care, and will work remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to understand workflows and deliver AI tools that significantly reduce task completion times
- Ensure teams can independently operate tools post-deployment and create building blocks for future deployments
- Implement privacy-by-design principles in all software solutions to protect sensitive mental health data
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in shipping production-quality software with end-to-end ownership
- Demonstrated success in delivering tools or products used regularly by customers or business teams
- Extensive experience in understanding operational workflows through direct observation and data analysis
- Proficient in using coding agents and applying rigorous evaluation practices in software development
- Strong commitment to privacy standards in software design and implementation
