Job Summary
Driving frontend initiatives as a full-time Staff Frontend Product Engineer, the successful candidate will lead the development of Moxie's Design System and frontend toolchain while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance UI performance and architecture in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and deliver UI improvements for the FinOps team, focusing on performance and consistency
- Shape and propose enhancements to the company's system design and architecture
- Own technical initiatives that enhance engineering culture and improve development processes
Required qualifications
- Experience building or leading a design system and managing large React and GraphQL migrations
- Strong understanding of GraphQL client caching and fragment colocation
- Proven track record of leading adoption of new practices without formal authority
- Hands-on experience with product delivery in a complex codebase
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in software development processes
