Staff Full-Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Building and operating the backend of a Web Analytics and AI portal, the full-time remote Staff Full-Stack Engineer will design, implement, and optimize backend services while ensuring performance and reliability across the application.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and operate backend services, focusing on latency, availability, and cost targets
- Own the read path over analytical data, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance budgets
- Make systems observable and reliable through metrics, logging, and incident response practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
- Relevant experience in designing and operating distributed backend services in production
- Proficiency in at least one high-performance programming language such as Java, Go, or C#
- Hands-on experience with observability tools and practices in production environments
- Experience delivering full-stack solutions to production using TypeScript and modern web frameworks
