Staff Full-Stack Engineer
Job Summary
Providing hands-on technical leadership, the full-time Staff Full-Stack Engineer will design and build high-quality product experiences across the front end and back end, leading complex initiatives and shaping the architecture of the Azira One platform in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable product experiences, writing production code from design through deployment
- Lead technical delivery of cross-functional initiatives, collaborating with Product, Design, Data Science, and SRE teams
- Shape the architecture and integration of the Azira One platform, simplifying complex systems and improving performance and security
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in building and operating modern, customer-facing software products at a senior level
- Deep expertise in front-end and back-end engineering, including modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks
- Experience designing APIs, services, and distributed systems with a solid understanding of data models and application security
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based applications on AWS or another major public cloud
- Proven track record of leading technically complex initiatives and influencing teams without formal authority
