Job Summary
To support the modernization of architecture and engineering culture, the full-time Staff Full-Stack Engineer will design and deliver scalable applications, driving the evolution from monolith to microservices while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality web applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and frameworks such as React, Next.js, or NestJS
- Drive the evolution of CINC's architecture from monolith to modular microservices, defining service boundaries across teams
- Lead technical discussions on architecture and performance, influencing decisions that affect multiple teams
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of software engineering experience building production web applications or SaaS products
- Deep fluency in TypeScript and JavaScript, with frameworks such as React, Next.js, or NestJS
- Expertise in backend architecture, including monolith decomposition and API design best practices
- Proven record of designing and maintaining RESTful or GraphQL APIs at scale
- Experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
