Staff Fullstack Engineer
Job Summary
To support the growth of internal platforms, the full-time Staff Fullstack Engineer will design, build, and maintain tools for LILT's delivery and engineering teams, focusing on architecture, data-pipeline design, and automation in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with researchers and TPMs to translate benchmark and data-quality requirements into technical designs
- Own the internal workforce-management tools, ensuring efficient vetting, assessment, and reporting for external contributors
- Drive the long-term technical strategy for internal platforms, enhancing architecture and automation across multiple services
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience with end-to-end ownership of production systems
- Deep experience with Python backend frameworks and at least one statically-typed backend language like Go or Java
- Strong React/TypeScript frontend experience, including component architecture and state management
- Experience building and operating background job/worker systems with failure tolerance and idempotency
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs, including GitHub and LLM APIs, and building Slack bot integrations for automation
