Staff Graphic Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of innovative packaging solutions, the full-time Staff Graphic Designer will create visually compelling print collateral that aligns with brand identity and resonates with target audiences, while collaborating remotely with regional and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and design of packaging solutions for domestic and international markets, ensuring alignment with brand identity and market trends
• Develop and implement packaging strategies that effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate on shelf across global markets
• Prepare and manage production files, overseeing the production process to guarantee accuracy and quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field
• 10+ years of professional design experience in print and/or packaging
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in typographic skills, layout, and print design
• Proficiency in design software tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
• Strong working knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry
