Staff GRC Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Staff GRC Analyst will bridge technical engineering teams and external auditors, translating compliance requirements into actionable technical controls while assessing implementations and driving remediation across a multi-cloud environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to translate security requirements into technical controls across AWS and Azure
- Assess technical implementations to validate alignment with control requirements and identify gaps for remediation
- Support FedRAMP authorization processes, external assessments, and monitor evolving federal requirements
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in security compliance, technical GRC, cloud security, or IT audit
- Hands-on experience translating compliance requirements into technical controls
- Strong knowledge of cloud/SaaS security practices including IAM and vulnerability management
- Experience with FedRAMP authorization and external assessments
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP are a plus
