Staff GTM Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the architecture of the GTM systems stack, the full-time Staff GTM Systems Engineer will design and integrate Salesforce, HubSpot, and other tools to enhance the go-to-market engine while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the architecture of the GTM systems stack, ensuring seamless integration and evolution of tools
• Lead build-vs-buy decisions and vendor evaluations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and investments
• Establish observability and change management practices for critical GTM systems, ensuring reliable data flows and effective governance

Required qualifications

• Extensive engineering experience in GTM or business systems, with a focus on architecture and multi-year planning
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce, including data modeling, complex flows, and automation
• Experience with HubSpot in a marketing context, particularly regarding integration with Salesforce
• Technical proficiency in building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and event streams
• Strong change management practices, with a history of shipping changes to live systems while protecting active deals and campaigns
