Staff Identity Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Staff Identity Engineer will design and implement identity provisioning and directory services solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex directory challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize Identity Fabric environments for enterprise-scale performance and high availability
- Lead identity provisioning workflows and custom connector development to enhance integration capabilities
- Serve as a technical escalation point for production issues, driving root cause analysis and solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management with a focus on identity provisioning and directory services
- Production experience with Radiant Logic RadiantOne and Ping Directory, including performance tuning
- Deep knowledge of LDAP/LDAPS fundamentals and experience designing provisioning workflows
- Scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell for automation and tooling
