Staff Identity Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Staff Identity Engineer will design and manage identity provisioning and directory services solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex directory challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize Identity Fabric environments, including high-availability configurations and performance tuning
- Lead directory consolidation and hybrid identity initiatives, ensuring effective identity correlation and provisioning workflows
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex production issues and document architecture decisions for team supportability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management, focusing on identity provisioning and directory services
- Production experience with Radiant Logic RadiantOne and Ping Directory, including replication and performance tuning
- Deep knowledge of LDAP/LDAPS fundamentals and experience designing provisioning workflows and connectors
- Scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell for automation and tooling
