Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

To bridge the gap from AI Agent prototype to a shipped, scaled, and supported product, the full-time Staff Machine Learning Engineer will drive large AI initiatives across multiple business units, establish engineering standards for production AI systems, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents and workflows that integrate with enterprise applications
• Establish robust evaluation and monitoring frameworks for LLM-powered applications to mitigate risks
• Collaborate with AI Scientists and ML Engineers to productionize models and ensure operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in distributed systems
• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and the Spring ecosystem, with experience in enterprise-scale applications
• Demonstrated experience deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications at enterprise scale
• Extensive experience with observability, CI/CD, and automated testing for AI applications
