Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Staff Machine Learning Engineer in a full-time remote capacity, the role focuses on architecting advanced generative workflows, building end-to-end image and video editing capabilities, and fine-tuning large vision-language models to enhance ad creative effectiveness.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and implement advanced pipelines for ad creative generation, ensuring brand asset preservation
• Develop editing capabilities for advertisers to modify assets while adhering to brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate capabilities into the Ad Manager UI and ad delivery path

Required qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with LLM/VLM fine-tuning and reinforcement learning for ads
• Strong understanding of uplift metrics and experimentation setups for generative systems
• Insight into auction dynamics and advertiser challenges in the marketplace
• Experience in developing ad creative tooling such as headline and image generators
• Startup mindset with a bias to action and comfort with ambiguity
